DUAL DIPLOMA
The Dual Diploma is an innovative path that lets students attend their Italian high school and specific courses from an accredited American school at the same time. At the end of the programme the student earns two diplomas: the Italian one and the American one. That opens the door to many international academic opportunities and gives a genuinely global preparation.
One of the programme's great advantages is its flexibility. Study is not live but asynchronous, so students manage the modules around their own commitments. Lessons and activities can be completed whenever it suits, including at weekends, fitting around school and personal life.
The Dual Diploma runs in partnership with the prestigious Wayland High School, a private school in Massachusetts, United States, consistently recognised among the best in the Boston area. This partnership guarantees an educational experience of the highest level, with a teaching method that combines quality and flexibility to make the programme accessible and stimulating for Italian students.
HOW IT WORKS
Every student on this path is supported by one of our tutors specialised in the programme. The tutor identifies the study plan best suited to the student's needs and goals, ensuring personalised support and an optimal learning experience.
A total of 24 credits is required to earn the American high school diploma.
Through the Dual Diploma programme, the American high school recognises 18 credits for Italian students. That leaves only 6 credits to be completed remotely with the US school.
The 6 credits consist of 2 compulsory credits and 4 elective credits:
2 compulsory credits: an Advanced English course and a social studies course focused on the United States (for example American History).
4 elective credits chosen from a wide range of courses across different subject areas, so students can shape their own path.

At the end of the path, and only after obtaining the Italian diploma, students receive the American diploma.
